What happens if my order includes items with different shipping
schedules?
If your order contains items with different shipping times, we can either combine the shipment or send the products separately, depending on your preference. The delivery will adhere to the agreed schedule.

Are there any delivery charges?

How can I track my order?

To track your order, log in to our website at www.dezaro.com and go to the tracking page: dezaro.com/track. We aim to deliver orders within 30 days from the order or pre-order shipment date. If there are any delays extending the delivery to 30-35 days, we will notify you via email or phone. If you don’t receive updates within 30 days, please contact us at care@dezaro.com.

What if I’m unavailable when my delivery arrives?

If you are not home during the delivery, the courier will attempt to redeliver or provide instructions for rescheduling or collection. You can also contact us for further assistance.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Yes, you can modify your shipping address before the order is dispatched by getting in touch with our customer service team. My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do? If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer care team. They will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Why is my shipment marked as Return to Origin (RTO)?

A shipment may be marked as Return to Origin if:
• Delivery attempts were unsuccessful due to unavailability
• The address provided was incorrect or incomplete
• The recipient could not be reached
• Delivery was refused
If the product is returned to our facility, additional charges for
redelivery and handling will apply. For help, please reach out to our

How can I identify products eligible for quick shipping?

Items labeled as & Ready to Ship or Only Few Left on our website are available for faster delivery.

How will my order be delivered?
Furniture, lighting, and décor items are delivered by our dedicated team. These items are securely packaged, and the delivery team will bring them to your address. For multi-story buildings, delivery to upper floors depends on the courier’s policy and building access.

Can I delay my delivery?
Yes, you can request a delivery delay before your order is dispatched.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, an invoice detailing the charges will be sent along with your order
