Can I cancel an order?

Order cancellations are subject to approval and are not guaranteed. To request a cancellation, please email us at care@dezaro.com.

What is your return policy?

Products are eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • If the delivered product is incorrect or does not match the
    description on the website.
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, provided
    a return request is made within 48 hours.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and
    packaging.

What is your refund policy?

To request a refund, email care@dezaro.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, delivery address, and reason for the return, along with images of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable). Requests made after 48 hours will not be considered.

What should I do if the product packaging is damaged upon
delivery?

If the packaging appears damaged, inspect the product for any defects and retain all original packaging materials. Share photos and order details with our customer care team. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial discount, or return option.

Do you offer repair services?

Currently, we do not provide repair services. For damaged or defective products, please refer to our refund or replacement policy.

What is excluded from the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions

What if the product is damaged and out of warranty?

For out-of-warranty products, repair or replacement costs are the customer’s responsibility. You may contact our customer service for guidance on repair options or consult a local repair professional familiar with your product.

Can you arrange packaging for a product return?

Yes, we will coordinate a reverse pickup. Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original box and follow the instructions provided by our customer care team.

Can I request a replacement instead of a refund?

If the product has a valid defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or an exchange for another item of equal value.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 30 business days after the returned product has been picked up. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

Can I choose a different product as a replacement?

If a defect is confirmed, you may exchange the product for another item of equal value.
